I agree with the others, you shot your load, and you just need more time to re-up. Besides this is nothing in the span of a relationship. Just do better next time, and all will be forgotten. In fact with sex, one bad time often leads to many great times young grasshopper. If you must choke your chicken to improve stamina and technique.
