What color eyeliner goes best with brown eyes?

Im experimenting with makeup lately, I just wanted to know what color eyeliner goes well with medium dark brown eyes..that are also slanted eyes. Im very fairly light complexed, with medium hair length.,I was also going to try light lipgloss cause my lips are pinkish..I dont know...help me. But for the eyeliner I was told Smooth Gray eyeliner..but I was told black also...any suggestions???.. Thanks!

It depends if you have small eyes definately don't use black, white eyeliner sounds weird but can really make your eyes look bigger.
I have brown eyes and have found experimenting with different colours is good. I really like light blue and blue/green colours.

Also if you want a dramatic effect chose liquid eyeliners but they are hard to apply or use pencil for a more smokey look.

Another tip, you mentioned about lipgloss, make sure you only highlight one feature on your face otherwise you'll look like a clown.

I am a Certified Beauty Advisor, and if you have dark brown eyes, you should use like brown/black eye liner and mascara, as it will look more natural. You can also use anything that is in the Warm area, for colors. As in a dark green eyeliner and greenish colors of eye make up!

I know, I have eyes that turn colors, and I use the brown eyeliner, and it really pops my eyes out more, that I get complimented on my eyes. When I use brown my eyes look more hazel. If I use the dark green, my eyes look more blue. I even use like a dark purple, eyeliner, that it makes my eyes really blue.

Experiment. Best eyeliner, that I buy a lot, is Avon Glimmersticks. as they are easier to glide on to the bottom of eyes and upper lid. Plus, you can order it all online, and it can be mailed to you instead of dealing with a person, as I know it is hard to find one, then to keep them!

But, remember you are a Warm person, and that most colors in Nature, will work best for you. Even with the clothing.

Wish you lots of luck and love to hear what you thought was best for you. Ask your friends what they think. They should be honest with you, as you don't want to look like a little girl that got caught in your Moms makeup! LOL! Natural is the key. Makeup that is there, but you can't see it!

I have dark brown eyes, and what I have been using for over 10 years is dark brown. Black is often too much against the browness of your eyes...when you go to the store, look for eyeliner that is dark brown shade...hope this helps

I also have brown eyes and hair and slanted eyes. What I do is use black eyeliner and use glod tints here and there, it catches the light which makes the look very versitile anf yet pretty.

Grey and green, I have this liquid green eyeliner, and of course, brown eyes, more like hazel... anyway it just brings the spark out, try it! It'd not a dark green, it's more of a teal, I think... it's just great... Also metalic green looks soo good!

I think it depends what look you're going for. I have hazel/brown eyes, and if its just an ordinary day, I use brown, for a softer look. But if I'm going out somewhere.. I use black liquid eyeliner, for a more dramtic look.

Blue or blue-based colors (like a bluish grey) looks great with brown eyes. The contrast works well, so your brown eyes pop. My fave look: super thin metallic bright blue liner on just the top lash line.

brown eyes are the greatest, because they look great with any color. i have brown eyes and usually stick with neutral colors, but navy blue and plum looks good too.

what ever you do dont use black b.c tht actually changes like the whole shape of your eye, i have brown eyes and use the color's blue, pink, purple, orange and red but idk im diffrent from other ppl i guees i like to be diffrent.
