My friend was in singapore and she had her eyebrows done it was fil led in but it was not tatooing it did not last as long and did not hurt please tell me if you know what this is.

its the insertion of eyebrow hairs into her brows. its not a permanent procedure and it doesnt hurt monumentally. you can get it done at Browhaus at raffles city or orchard cineleisure.

tatooing eyebrows, ESPECIALLY in Singapore, is a HORRIBLE idea! they dont exactly have sanitary practices there. maybe she had them painted in or something.
