Kathryn Jean - don't like Jean
Kathryn Kennedy - ok, but Kennedy sounds more male to me

Naila Jean - not sure how you would pronounce Naila - still dislike Jean

I like Kathryn Kennedy (as long as your last name doesn't start with K or the K sound, like Carter. -
I love Nalia Jean tho. It's original but still beautiful.
You prolly already know this but Mc is Scottish/Irish and means son of. So a middle name of McCole would be saying Kathryn son of Cole. You might not mind at all tho.
Ethan Ryan is really nice but Ethan shows up on the Social Security top ten list for like three years running. That means he'll be going to school with like 8 of them.

obviously you like the name Kathryn, and for a good reason! I like the combo of Kathryn Jean the best.... although i do prefer spelling it Catherine or Katherine, and i always liked the middle name Marie for Kathryn (Kathryn Marie)... and for the boy my favorites are James Ryan and Ethan James.... i don't like peyton at all, i think of it as a girl's name... and i'm not a big fan of Jack....

Naila Jean i like cause ppl dont use old names any more.. and ryan james is cute.... but jack is a nono for me cause when i hear that name i think of this boy i went to school with he wasent a pretty site and had green teeth !!! yuck!!! u can change the spelling like Rian James to be unique!!!
