Novan Zoysa of Sri Lanka got the hat trick on his debut and in his very first over in test cricket against Zimbabwe. I don't remember the year but probably 2000-2001

Alok Kapali from Bangladesh was the bowler. He achieved this feat vs some some country (which I forgot). But it was not against a weak opposition like Kenya, etc; rather it was against some strong opposition.

Novan Zoysa. In fact he took three wickets not just in his first over on debut, but in the first three balls of his career. But is wasn't the first over of the test match.
