A lot of women do this, but if you are getting suicidal, you need to see a doctor. You may be suffering from PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) which is a big word for PMS times one hundred. Your doctor may put you on birth control to help this or he/she may put you on an antidepressant.

Yeah it happens a lot but it's not normal..

You seem like you've got PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder).

It's a condition where severe emotional and physical problems that are linked closely to the menstrual cycle.

The birth control pill I'm on called "YAZ" has recently just been the only pill yet that has specifically been accepted by the FDA for treating these problems.. I would strongly advise you to try these out.

This doesn't sound normal and as some of the posters said it sounds like PMDD. Pls talk to your mom about this and also pls get in touch with your dr.

That sounds like PMDD to me, and it can really get in the way of your life. You need to see the doctor about it and go from there.
