can a nintendo ds game or the ds in general have more than one save profile? for example if one person is playing the game and then they save it, can another person play the same game on a diffirent profile?

The Nintendo DS system supports this feature, but unfortunatly it's defined by the game cartridge itself. For example, the game the New super mario bros. supports the creation of 3 separate profiles, but other games such as FIFA 07 only support the creation of 1 profile. A drag, I know.

Yes it definantly will. But it also depends if the game you get has the feature.
