There are two people who have my password on Myspace. One of them sent a rude message to a friend of mine with my name. I know they'll both deny it. I have signed into my friend's name to confirm that someone did send it with my name. I need to know the IP address of who sent the message so I can see who it was.

I don't know how to check the ip addy other then contacting Tom but change you're password asap to stop him from sending more

There are Myspace trackers (do a search for them) which can reveal an IP address. But, if the sender is savvy, they will be using a proxy. So even if you got the tracker to identify the IP, it would only return the IP of the proxy...which would give you absolutely zero information.

It makes almost no difference whatsoever what the IP is. Maybe instead of worrying about that, you could just change your password, then they wouldn't know it.

You cannot. best thing you can do is change your password and report them.
