The reason you are bored and destructive is because most people who say they are bored and destructive usually tend to BE boring. The only way NOT to BE boring is to have some sort of intelligence...bored people usually aren't very intelligent either.

Do something constructive...go break up branches or chop wood. Dig a hole and plant a tree or something...it will be productive and let you work off some of that excess energy.

matters how destructive you want to be I always broke beer bottles but watch out if they have alcohol in them they bust and then if will cut the crap out of you
