Ummm, not to seem stupid, but why would you be attempting a power slide in a minivan?
By ebrake, I assume you are referring to the emergency brake. And what does "slidding arounda turn" refer to exactly? Do you mean to say "sliding around a turn?" If you mean what you say, then you are experiencing the loss of traction due to skidding as the tires lose traction momentarily and then regain traction, which accounts for the bumps as the tires bounce on the pavement. (this also happens with an anti-lock brake system which effectively pumps the brakes to maximize traction while stpping in a panic situation.) I used to rally race and this was a common technique to create a controlled power slide around a tight corner. It takes power applied at the same time as braking to get the back end to break free (apply the emergency brake to stop the back wheels and allow them to skid while applying power to the front drive wheels) and slide while the front wheels drew the car into the turn. With the back end swinging free, it allows the car to swing into the turn, effectively shortening the turning radius. This only works with front wheel drive so the front tires pull the car into the turn while the back wheels are sliding around.
Wud? Slidding? These words are new to me...

Check your alignment. Most likely it is a steering component. Tirerod ends or ball joints.

Do you mean Drifting? cause the balence of the car is off center maybe... And drifting is stupid unless you have the tires for it..
Check the pressure in your tires it's nothing serious it's just off balance...
