u can try skin care lotions / whitening creams in the market. But u also must avoid resting ur elbows on tables, chairs, etc and not kneel down when on floor etc. just be cautiously aware of it.

Use lemon because it will help lighten your skin. The darkness around your knees and elbows could be because they are dry, so try using lotion regularly in the morning and before you go to sleep. Good luck.

try taking a freshly cut lemon and rubbing it on your elbows and knees even your heels and ankles if you think they are darker too. Try the lemon and a good exfoliator, you can use sea salt if you want to keep things natural. It will work and it won't take more than a week to see results.

Cut a lemon in half, bend your arm and rub the lemon over both elbows and knees every day. Over time they will lighten.

This is probably due to the fact they are dry... those two parts of the body are known for having the driest skin....MOISTERISE to your hearts content!!!! you should see a difference in 4-6 days.

try the lemon thing. also, exfoliate every time in the shower. this removes the dead skin on the top. and moisturize!
