There's rumors circulating since the orignal game came out. The creator announced a 'new' kingdom hearts project that he'll be announcing later this year. One site, www.eyesonff.com, predicted it'll either be a CGI movie or it could just be Kingdom Hearts III (which is rumored to be on the wii now).
There were talks of an anime series being in development back in 2004, but nothing came of it. There is however, a manga series for the first game, chain of memories and one being produced in japan as of now for the second game.

There have been some rumors, but its unlinkly.
People think that they make a movie out of EVERY Game after that Halo Rumor. Don 't Believe EVERYTHING You Hear.

no, i don't think so. that game cinda sucked so i'd say no. (but that'd be cool if they did) anyway, just cuz they made a FFVII movie doesn't mean they'll make a KH movie....duh!
