I think it is the Pacific league in Japan. The Cuban and Dominican League do not have rules against steroids which is part of the reason why I like the Japanese leagues best.
Consists of
Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters - CHAMPS
Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles
Chiba Lotte Marines
Seibu Lions
Orix Buffaloes
Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks

All the triple A leagues in the USA. Japanese baseball is nothing more than double or triple A caliber baseball at best. I'd put any American triple A team up against the Japanese teams any day.

If you want to see some young stars, go watch the Cape Cod Baseball League. It's located in the Cape Cod regional of Massachusetts. First of all it's free. Second, you'll definitely see pros not joes. Jason Varitek (Captain and Catcher) of the Boston Red sox played there.

I would say the Cuban league, with all those defectors going to the MLB, it's hard to not take a look at that league.

MLB farm clubs. Its fun seeing tomorrow's stars develop. These players aren't making all kinds of money so its nice watching players without egos the size of the diamond.

What? There are other leagues? I thought professional baseball was played only in America. Isn't that why all these foreign players come here?
