fish have lower temperature than humans due to their enviroment, but, since there are a lot climate changes, fish usually get used to the temperature they have in the lake. the thermal pollution won't cause major problems if it's not over acceptable within ranks

When you compare the data of a swimming pool to a lake there is a fallacy. The swimming pool water is at 37 degree centigrade all through the depth because the water is filtered and heated through a system set up along with the pool utilities .Lake is a natural water body which will show different temperatures at different depth.( only if there is no underground hot water geyser below the lake. )
