Well, i'll assume you are asking which one is better to use?
In reality, both of those products are pain relievers, and both do almost the same thing. So what is the difference?
Ibuprofen is a totally different ingredient then Acetaminophen.
Ibuprofen is actually stronger than Acetaminophen and plus,
it acts as an anti-inflammatory, so it reduces inflammed muscles.
One Major reason why people would use Acetaminophen is that they could be allergic to it. I am, i break out in a rash and all if i take something like Advil. So if you are not allergic to Ibuprofen, i would say ibuprofen is better.
Although, Acetaminophen can also help ease the pain in sore throats, because it is the same ingredient used in most sore throat medicines. Acetaminophen is also better when reducing headaches. For muscle pain use Ibuprofen.

You can take Ibuprofen and acetaminphen.. if there is a fever or pain.. Like say you take Tylenol.. now... and you cant take anymore for 6 hours or so .. well after 3 hours you can take Ibuprofen.. and then take more Tylenol 3 hours after that .. you can alternate it without over doing it .. they will work together...
