I cant sign up for myspace. once I signed in as my friend so I could see her myspace. I dont know what the problem is!!! Ive been trying it for weeks! when I type in the letters to vertify my account it goes back to the sign up page and says based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register on myspace.com. I am 14 yrs. old and all the information is right including my e-mail address. PLEASE HELP!!!

I had this same issue. Tried a week later and it worked. A friend of mine said that using a different computer or internet browser to sign up can also be the answer to the problem.
Personally, I think its good though that it isnt letting you sign up, Myspace is like world of warcraft...it will consume your life until you find your body fused to your computer monitor.
EDIT: I got mine when I was 15...did they change their policies or something?

You should just create a new account.
Get another Yahoo email address and use that to register a new Myspace profile.
It should allow you to register at 14 years old. And you should not say you are 18 because filters will not automatically be enabled if you do that.

I think you have too be older than 14 to make a myspace account. Im not saying you should do this but if you want a account just lie about your age.

Hi, have you tried contacting myspace regarding this problem? From what I know although you are still 14 you can still register. I have a neighbor who is only 13, he has an myspace account.

Before signing up again with a new email address and making sure your age is over 16.
Go to your Internet Browsers options and clear your internet's cookies as well as the Temporary Internet Files.

um they might be having problems with the sign-in page. that is really weird because i got a myspace when i was 14

I would just e-mail their support. They can get everything straightened out for you. Just go to www.myspace.com and click on help in the upper right hand corner.

go to yahoo or hotmail and make up a new email address, then make sure you put your age as 16 yrs or older... this should work!
