I'd probably use a more specific title such as:
The Hierarchial System Found in Animal Farm.
(Make sure you underline the title of the book)
It explains exactly to the point what your paper should be about, and doesn't give the readers any misconceptions about your thesis on Orwell's novel. If you want a title, it has to be as concise as possible, but not too wordy, but not too short either. Having just 'Animal Farm Hierarchy' would be alright too.

Adding Pyramid sounds redundant because hierarchy implies a pyramid scale.
