I like rap and all but why is rap songs so addicting?

The reason rap is so "addicting" is that ignorant people like you and your "homies" are drunk or high when you listen to it. So when you think rap, you think hey it's fun to be drunk. Learn English, you don't need to be listening to rap, you need to get hooked on phonics.

Simply put: catchy repetition. Most rap songs get a good, short musical loop and just keep repeating it while they rap over it. Definitely helps get it stuck in your head.

I think it't the primitive mindless repititous "tribal" beat, and maybe the lyrics too if you enjoy hate-based, reverse discrimination (so called) music. Remember, when saying RAP the C is silent!
