Wont it be easier for TB to just phone the Director of the BBC and pull the plug instead of all this roundabout rubbish as the effect is exactly the same and the reasons are the same only the propaganda bits to make it look correct and above board. Dont believe none of it myself.

Yes - there has been a number of questions about it already. The Attorney General didn't stop the BBC doing the piece - the courts did, at the request of the A.G. who was acting on behalf of the Metropolitan Police who were concerned that the BBC item would compromise an ongoing police investigation.
Nothing sinister about it whatsoever - in fact the BBC were reporting bits of the item this morning and alluding to what the original report was about.

Whilst there is always reason to distrust practically anything this government do it 'appears' that the injunction was obtained at the request of the Metropolitan Police.
