sounds like you need to stop communicating with your ex for a while.. let her and her friend do their little things together and just avoid them. you need to get over your feelings for her and move on and find someone better.. maybe a few months down the road, she will be willing to stay friends with you..

as far as your bff who is not bi, well, if you tell her you think she is hot, it might freak her out. but you could at least tell her you are bi and see what she has to say.. but don't make her feel uncomfortable and don't ask her to do anything she won't want to.. maybe she can help you find a new gf who is bi or lesbian.

good luck and all the best!

Honey...
You are not going to like this answer, but, sometimes people need their space, OR they want to experiment on different things.

We've ALL felt your pain! Believe it or not.

From how I perceive this by your insistance through your question, you don't want to give her the space!
It also appears that you are competing with her boyfriend, and you fear that you are losing.

If you continue with this sort of behavior though, you will turn her off completely!!!

You should take a break for at least two months or so. Say the occasional "HI", but don't get to overzealous!
You'll get over it...watch.

Talk to her. Tell her how you feel. If actually talking to her is out of the question, maybe write a letter or something. Good luck.

If you know she's not bi dont waste your time, you might lose a friend. this is simply lust. dont cross that line between friends bec theres no going back, instead try and meet new people.
