How do I fold an anorak into it's pouch?

I just bought it from Magellians, I opened it and I can't get it back inside. It seems to have a little pouch on the inside and a big one on the outside with a zipper. I just can't figure it out! :(

stuff it into the pouch with the zipper. folding rarely if ever works
