The maximum pressure for the tire is in small letters on the tire. It is probably between 35 and 45 PSI. As long as you are close to this pressure recommended by the tire maker you will be OK.

Using the maximum recommended pressure will give yo the best gas mileage. Using the minimum allowed will give you a smoother ride.

Normally the recommended minimum and maximum inflation is also posted either inside the glove box or on the inside of the driver's door jamb.

OPEN THE DRIVERS DOOR AND READ THE DECAL IT WILL GIVE YOU THE TIRE PRESSURE FOR YOUR BMW.
