Yes, theoretically she is (men can't get cervical cancer, but if his partner is male, then he is at a higher risk for contracting HPV). HPV (human papilloma virus) has been linked to causing cervical cancer (thus, indirectly, she can have a higher risk of cervical cancer).
Studies have shown a possible (no, not definitive by any means, to whoever criticized others for responding to 'things they know nothing about') link between being uncircumcised and the likelihood of contracting HPV.
HOWEVER (before half the people who answered already jump down my throat...) this has only been shown in uncircumcised men who:
1) have had unprotected sex with multiple partners (are promiscuous)
2) do not clean under their foreskin properly (allow more places for the virus to be trapped
3) do not get checked for STD's regularly (thus, more likely to continue promiscuous unprotected sex).
Bottom line: if you're doing it with the right guy, who you know and love, then no worries for the most part. If not, you could get it, but you have a significant chance of getting it from a similar circumcised man.

The foreskin does no longer provide women people cervical maximum cancers. Cervical maximum cancers is brought about via the human papilloma virus there is also now a vaccination for it besides, meaning it should not be seen in circumcision arguments. utilising condoms, getting vaccinated and not in any respect being promiscuous are far extra efficient than circumcision.

There is no connection between the two. If the male partner isn't circumcised the most important thing is using very good personal hygiene as the area can easily become dirty.

I've never heard anyone getting cervical cancer from an uncircumcised partner, but you are more prone to infections. Frequent urinary tract infections and yeast infections are very common.

no they're not more at risk for cervical cancer, it just means HE needs to clean more before and after...as does she* (bacteria builds up under the skin for him which would then transfer to you..not healthy* can cause alot of infections* So always make sure the area is cleaned* before and after*

OMG. That does NOT cause cervical cancer.
You really need to do a search on it so you can be better informed. You need to read up on HPV, too.
