The 19'LCD Monitor of my Media Center PC doesnot come in full screen while watching LiveTVor rec.program.WHY?

We are having 19"LCD Monitor.But while watching Live TV or Recorded Programme full screen does not appear .The viewing size is only like 17" Monitor .Can you help me anyway ?

Run the display optimization wizard. It's located within the settings of Media Center.

Because the resolution of the TV broadcast isn't the same thing as the native resolution of your LCD monitor. If it were, it would fill the screen.
