Whilst I am not familiar with this particular set of wheels, black smoke usually indicates a poor balance between air and fuel mixtures, and running far too rich at that.
Check that you have no restrictions in the air intake system, and that your fuel system is not flooding/stuck in a particular position.
As I stated, I am not aware of whether or not it is direct injection or carby, which will alter where and how to look.

Most likely you would need to change your fuel filter if you got some contaminated fuel in the system.
