Usually the reason that that happens is because you probably have a socket A mother board. Socket A Mother Boards are know for that but however if your PC is over clocked it could be the chip over heating if that's the case a larger fan could fix the problem and or down clocking the CPU from the BIOS

could be because of a virus..try restarting in safe-mode and run a virus scan..it could be a faulty hard disk as well.

get ur pc 2 repair shop n let d techquician c on wat happen...dont never ver open it by ur self......
it will not hv warrenty if u do so....
