I was lucky enough to walk into EB Games just as they got a shipment in, and as far as I understand, everyone who has a Wii right now bought it on the same day they were shipped in. So all I can suggest is to go to the store everyday and ask if they're in. Wall-mart has a policy were the employees must wait at least 3 days after the Wiis come in before they're allowed to buy one, and so far not a single Wall-mart employee here where I live has been able to buy one. By they way, the Wii is worth every penny.

I'm hoping in 4-6 weeks (when I get my tax return) the shortage will be over. Seems like if you're willing to do a Sunday a.m. rush to stores you can get one now. Wii Internet Browser should be free until June '07.

No, they are still in high demand. I called my store they day they got a shipment in as soon as they opened. They were ALREADY almost out!!! I couldn't belive it! If your store does have a shipment comming, be there AS SOON as the store opens! Good Luck!
