There should be rubber seals that border the window that just pull out to reveal the pane. Sometimes there might be a few clips that need to be unscrewed. Remove the old glass. take the rubber seal to your closest or cheapest glass place and have them cut you a pane. Put the glass back in the door secure clips if needed. let the seal soak in some hot soapy water for a few minutes. this makes it alot easier to work with and it will slide right in.

the first thing to do is look from the back of the panel and see if there are screws to remove to take the glass out . if so all you need is a measurement and get some plexi glass to replace it with. but if there is no way to remove the glass you man need to buy a new top panel. at that point you would need to know who made the door to know where to go get it. if you need to replace the panel you may pay close to the same price to get a new door, single panels are not cheep. i know this is what i do at the big blue box as opposed to the orange one

file the heads off the rivets and use a nail punch to knock them out.unless its held in by rubber weather stripping like a windsheild, then just smash it out and put in new stripping.put the bottom of the window in the slot first and then get a plastic drywall knife or thin peice of wood like a paint stir stick and gently but firmly shoehorn the window into the slot.
