Could infertility run in a family?

Yes, this is kinda a weird question but....It took my grandmother 16 years before she conceived her second child. (My mother) My mother had four children without a problem. My sisters have been able to conceive just fine. I have very irregular cycles and am not sure if I even ovulate. Could it be a genetic thing?

yes. fertility problems run in my family.

Yes, it could be genetics. It could also be enviromental or social. You should go see a fertillity specialist.
