I live in Ohio and I have never heard "Youns"..lol.
We do say "Nib" or 'Nibby"alot.That means a person is very nosey.For instance when you look out your window or peek out of your blinds at what the neighbors are doing...

I'm from Northern California and we say "Hella". It means "really". Like I would say "thats hella cool." or "I hella want to do that".
