It depends on what kind of money order you have.
If you have a postal money order you can cash it at the post office.
If you have a Wal-Mart one you can cash it there.
They will not charge you anything, but will verify if the check is good.
Check cashing places where they charge you fees only accept certain money orders. Again, it is depending on what kind of money order you have.

go to the grocery store, or anyplace that cashes checks, ez money cashing. they will charge an arm and a leg, but, beware....if someone gave this to you to cash, and send them x dollars and you keep x dollars for doing it, it will be fraud. people have gone to jail becuase this scam is old, and if you dont know it by now, you deserve jail (the thoughts of the D.A.).

you don't need a bank account.... the money comes form the bank account that the money order was made from! it's as good as cash! you should be able to go to any bank and cash it.

if so then you can cash it at any post office
thats the good thing about postal money orders
you can take them to any post office and what city doesn't
have a post office (well at least in the US)
