(NINA from China, more embarassing, NINA VAGINA) what are some good comebacks?

I wouldn't be searching for comebacks or clever one-liners...I'd be on the lookout for new friends...

I would steer clear of most comebacks, because it shows they are getting to you, and so will likely carry on. Kids can be cruel, but if these ones are supposed to be your friends, then I'd definitely think about trying to find some nicer friends.

When I got teased about my name, people always used the same 'nicknames', like they are to you. Usually I'd just roll my eyes and reply sarcastically 'oh that's original, haven't heard that one', or laugh with them. Things like that, just to show I really wasn't fussed. When other kids realised you really don't care, they'll likely give up.

Try not to let it get to you. I think it's a very pretty name.

Just realize that you have a special and unique name because you are special and unique. Those so called friends are not your friends. Just ignore stupid comments that way more mature and shouting "NINA VAGINA" don't you think?

Comebacks only ever encourage them. And if they are calling you names they really aren't much of a bunch of friends are they?

How old are they? 10?
Well, you could just do what my annoying little nephew (who's 10) does: everytime they say something you said "What?" "Huh?" Like you can't hear them. And then eventually they'll get so frustrated and annoyed that they'll stop. Trust me, it works.

Kids are cruel. Just give them a sympathetic smile and say something like, "Yeah, you got me - haven't heard that one before" or if they say one just say in a monotone voice, "how about _________" and the other one. If they know they are upsetting you they are winning.

Take Care. SD

You don't need come backs, it looks like you need a few new friends. They can't be very good friends. Good luck!
