No. Watch a 'FACE' turn in the future for Orton and a possible rematch between him and Triple H (once he returns). Taker's streak will be ended by Batista as a loss to Batista would 'raise Batista's stock' in the WWE. Taker has nothing left to prove...he is a legend anyway.

I didn't even know Orton was in the 'Money in the Back' match, but I don't think he will pull another stunt like Edge did. He already had his chance against Taker in a 'Hell in a Cell' match when he was on Smackdown. I think he will use it against HBK or Cena, since his rivalry with them is still evident.
But I don't think he would use it right after the Wrestlemania match, that would be a waste. He's going to show it off a bit first; but that's if he wins.

No, the Undertaker is a very popular superstar. Having his wrestlemania streak broken would totally ruin his career. He is known for being very dominant in Wrestlemania, and if he is beaten by the steroid crazed batista, ....i dont even want to think about it. GO TAKER!!!
