Are you saying you want to download your yahoo mail with an email program like Outlook?

You can't unless you got Yahoo premium.

However, there is a work around solution with a free program:

http://ypopsemail.com/

It's called Ypops. Basically its a perl script inside an executable file.

You run it and it shows in the system tray. Once its running, then setup your pop3 and smtp server to 127.0.0.1

Username: [e-mail]
Pass: yahoo pass word

Be sure to check the box, my smtp requires authentication box, in Outlook.
