No. The troops have enough gear and enough money. They are the best equipped and paid army in the world, they do not need anymore money. The troops have better life and health insurance than most Americans and I'm not arguing that, they do not need eve better than what they already have. You have to draw the line somewhere and patriotism is not a reason to tax your citizenry to death.
