My 1 year wedding anniversary is coming up in the next 2 months. My husband and I got married on 5/27.We did not go on a honeymoon as my husband decided to take his vacation a week early before I did. Going anywhere this year is going to be out of the question as our work schedule is completly different plus we don't have a lot of money to spend.(Other obligations always comes first). What could I do to make our 1 year anniversary memorable without spending a fortune?

I'd definitely say go to a Bed and Breakfast. Somewhere not too close, but not too far away. If you can splurge, maybe find one that has a hot tub in the room. Just do this for a weekend getaway and it will be so worth it... it may not be a week long honeymoon but it's great! I'd find one with out a tv as well... guys tend to turn it on during romantic times (at least mine does!) :)

Happy Anniversary!

Hey, mine and my husbands 1 year anniversary is next month, unfotunately he is not here he is over in Iraq. You could always plan a nice romantic candel lite dinner at home, what did you and your husband do when he proposed to you? Try to recreate that.

Spend a couple hours together at the spa. Make reservation for couple massage or facial. Ask if you can bring champagne and enjoy it while getting mani or pedi.
