I been fighting with my weight for years, and the least I've ever weighed is 260, How can I lose weight? how do I go about measuring how many calories I intake in a day? what kinda supplments can I buy? should I buy any at all?

hey i use to be overweight about 7 months ago, ive lost about 45 pounds and im actually in good shape now, the way i did it was i got outside and started to run everyday, at least a mile, i ran over a hundred miles this last summer, if you cant run for long then jog/walk its still good, then after i lost my weight i wanted to bulk up so i got a membership at the Ymca which was great because it was cheap and the people there are cool, just go through the basic workouts they show you, but make sure to do alot or cardio everyday, or as much as you can, that was the key for me, and i never changed my eating habits, i just stopped eating out for good, dont eat fast food, eat whatever else you want dont stop eating its bad for you, personally i couldnt take eating salads but if you can do it, but i now am running 5k races and came in 18th out of a few hundred at my last one, its easy if you just stick to it.

I used to weigh almost the same, and I lost over 50 pounds already.

Just watch what you eat. No need to be counting calories; just avoid eating excessively (don't eat two things when it's not even necessary) and avoid junk food and soda.

The other key thing I did was running/jogging. Not everyday, but at least on weekend mornings I'd get up and run for an hour, and with my headphones and music, time flew by, since you're listening to something you like. I went to a nearby school to run; you can also go to the park or just around the blocks.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Start off by exercising daily and increase it every other day..Always warm up and cool down before exercising., walk, basketball, swim, bike riding, ...anything that gets you to get up and move. It will take time but it willl happen. USe an exercise ball to do crunches and other exercises on (comes with diagrams of what to do with the ball to keep you in shape) use weights or cans of food as weights for arms/chest...

Eat every 3-4hrs Small meals...Chicken, Fish, Veggies, Fruits, Whole Grains (rice and pasta), salads, skim milk (cut out your sugars..pop, chips, ice creams, cakes, cookies, juice, white rice or white pastas be careful in how much salad dressing you use,no creamy ones... or pasta sauces (not cheese or cream sauces) Lots of water* 8-10glasses a day.

If you weigh and measure yourself now
then weigh and measure yourself again a month from now...following the above..you will be on your way to a new life of losing weight and keeping it off..also living a longer healthier life*

Hmm, first thing i can say that you shouldnt eat so many sweets candies and junkies foods like pototo chips , or even any thing that does have alot of suger like sodas , ect.. cause that how you do get over weight more and also you should do some exerises like walkin ,jogging, bike rideing, swimming,or even do some out door activities to keep yourself busy and have fun . plus if you dont feel like going out yourself doing these easy exerises you can intvite youre friends or family members to enjoy with you to keep you up . there are some things you might want to try too.

well my mom always make me some vegetables juices every morning so that i can feel little better and keep my weight less healthy and strong . by drinking them and does help me alot . and also earlier in the morning at 6:00am i get up and get dress into my trained pants and just a t shirt on and walk out the house and do some walkin all around the blocks in my neighborhoods least about 3 or 4 times just walking then after i finished my exerise i go back home. does also help to lose some weight ..

you know that drinking water does help youre health and keep you in shape . if you go to the foods stores by youre town. i bet there are alot of diets, low calories , non-fat yogurts ,cereals,diet snacks bars, low -fat ice cream, slim- fast juices, ect. but you shuld always double check on the food products on the back of the boxes and cans by looking at how much the calories are . if you like to eat crackers and cookies then i will just buy a box of 9-100- calories any thing that does have least under that numbers that wont kill you or harm youre health.

there is a weight watcher foods and deserts , ect.. you might want to buy at the foods stores . cause these days they do sell those kind for people who really want to lose some weights . to feel little more better of their self.

I'm about to start selling Herbalife. I used to weigh 300 pounds and I'm down to 180, with Herbalife. Its a little expensive but its worth the try. I didn't have to change anything of my diet at all or exercise.

dont but any pills it just effect your health.
exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. dont eat until your're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

You need to see a dietician and get a diet plan. The way to lose weight is to cut way back on you eating and excercise.
