Grim, I love this question...my spelling is actually exemplary.... i won three spelling bees...but two broken fingers later, my typing is a hit and miss sadly...i have split tendons....not going for the sympathy vote here mind you, and I am a writer.....things happen.... i use to type with incredible speed and accuracy...what i find is that even spell check isn't infallible!!! Even here in Y!A ~ what is a girl to do???? *wink*

yeah it amazes me how bad some people are at spelling.. i mean i have problems with some big/confusing words, but i almost never need to use spell check.

I use to but all I get when I hit Check Spelling is " DUMBASS IT'S WRONG, NO SUGGESTED SPELLING.."...........*
