I have not heard of honey...
but I also recomend using a cleanser, toner, every day use a mask 2-3 times per week (no exfoliants.. it could scratch the surface and make current blemishes worse and cause more) Clay based draws out the oils in the face. Mary Kay makes a product called timewise for oily/combination skin.. it is a mirical cleanser. I also use thier blemish control toner (strong stuff) and i will wake up with literally half of my face clear in one day.
Also, one trick that I always reccomend is drink less milk. I know it sounds wierd., but i have heard of many people drinking less milk and their skin clearing up (i dont know the science behind it, just know it works) Try drinking more water and taking vitamin e suppliments for your skin.

No, honey clogs your pores. The sugar is good for your skin. Using prossesed sugar and water you can make an exfoliant which is good to get rid of acne. And to the person above, using toothpaste is not in anyway good for acne. It overdrys your skin and the ingredients in toothpaste can irritate your skin and infect the blemish, making it worse. Using a daily cleanser, toner, and mosturizer is probably your best bet for getting rid of your acne.

I've never heard of honey being used for acne. I have heard of toothpaste being used to dry up acne. I don't think it would hurt to try both or either though.
