I don't understand what is that line. Is it the shape of a woman seen from the side? Is it the seina river?
If it is a woman, why do they choose it to represent a transportation system?

its definietly not a woman. ive never even noticed that beofre, but ive got my map right in front of me. i think it is the line of the metros that run through paris.and the cirlce represents the circle of paris which im assuming is the suburbs and the line is the metro system that runs through our city. i could be wrong, but ive researched it, and i think im about right. hope this has satisfied your curiosity!
