you should do sprints, and running up hills. Also if you havfe running latters try to do multiple different exercises on those (one foot in each one, two feet, side to side.) keep doing this until you can go faster. Also basic jump ropes help. If you can do 250 jumps ropes everyday for a few months, this will help a lot.

play "monkey" wit grpof fiens. d smaller d circle d beter and fairer.
oso,... place a soccer ball on d floor, jump over it, and back...reapeat as mani times as posible. indoor soccer gives quick tinkin and agility, skill too.

wear weights in your feet and try to get as fast as possible that way by sprinting..and then when u take off the weights ur good to go.. indoor soccer also makes you faster,,,

go running in the beach ......or do sprints in the sand.....also dribble a medicine ball every day for about 20-30 minutes

workouts na. try something as int the nike advertisement..
wat rooney does. tie urself with a rope with the other end of it to a wall n try to run... would bring u more power n flexible for sure....

try running up and down stairs sideways... but make sure u dont role an ankle lol
