Kind of. I used to be in the military. When I spoke on the radio, which was allot in my job, I spoke regular English but it was in crypto so only those with the same codes programmed into their radios could understand. Does that count?

yeah one time i memorized the symbols at the bottom of the artimus fowl books and practiced them for a while.. i forgot it now lol. Oh and i also spent some time writing english words using an americanized version of the arabic alphabet, though i forgot the arabic alaphabet too. Also when i get bored, sometimes i try to create my own version of shorthand, but i never practice enough to use it in everday life
