They are located right by the the toll road off Cinco Ranch area. Let me know if they are nice communities?

These are quite nice areas with some great schools in the area. It is hard to find a nicer area in the Katy Area. Mason Road is VERY busy, but you'll just have to find ways around it. Just stay in the KISD area, not in Lamar Consolidated ISD!!!

A friend of mine had a house built earlier this year in Lakemont. It's beautiful, very nice neighborhood.

all are very well "master planned" communities. Katy is a very nice area and real estate booming. great schools and all.

grand mission is really beautiful. the only drawback is they are all cookie cutter houses.
