I'm having that problem right now, too. It's probably because it's late. Take 'em out, rinse them, then put them back in. Or take them out and run into walls like a drunk person! It's fun; trust me.

You probably need to clean them or maybe they're too dry and you need some rewetting drops.

clean them and check for scratches. If they don't get any better you should go to get your eyes checked again.
