why do women get boob jobs & tummy tucks?

What if you are 44, have had 4 children, you workout (100 plus crunchs a day) and still your tummy is heavily stretchmarked and a little flabby and breasts are droopy and seam deflated from breastfeeding four babies?

Becasue they cant accept the body they were given...Our world is materialistic. We want bigger and better.

Tummy tucks- because they are overweight or they have been overweight, lost the weight and are left with excess saggy skin.
To be able to fit into clothes properly without loose skin hanging over their pants and out if their shirts.

Breast Implants- as a corrective measure (if one is bigger than the other), after having a masectomy (following breast cancer), to feel and look like a woman if they have small breasts- I could never imagine having non existant breasts, most girls who I know who have had htis done are so happy and are no longer self conscious and they finally have womanly curves from their new busts.

Breast Reduction- I have 34G breasts (that equals, skinny with huge breasts) so why not. I am having mine reduced to a 34D-DD and cannot wait. I will no longer have migraines, curvature of the spine, back, neck and shoulder pain and I will be able to wear pretty bras and fit into nice clothes and show off cleavage.(Pretty much the same as women who have implants)

I am all for women who get these surgeries done if they feel it is necessary, eg: not filling an A cup and having implants, or breasts like mine and having a reduction.

**In response to your added comment- then go for it, some women just cannot shift their excess tummy flab and a lot of women do end up with deflated breasts after breastfeeding.
