Give them a little more time. Most of the one's still on the bottom will eventually start to swim better. Some may not and those you will have to cull afer a few more days to a week, but they are too young yet to make that call.

You can remove the male at any time. Once they begin swimming around his job is done.

You will need to start feeding them about now. Microworms or vinegar eels make a good first food for the first few days. It won't take them long to be able to eat newly hatched brine shrimp.

Congrats and best of luck!

I have read that the Males usually pick up the fry and move them back to the bubble nest till they can swim on their own. I am still researching tips on breeding bettas since I was giving a nice spunky female a few weeks ago.

I don't know a lot about breeding bettas, but if the fry are swimming on their own, you have to remove the male, he will start eating them.

check out http://www.bettatalk.com It has a section on breeding

At this point do nothing. Congratulations on making it this far.
Once the babies are starting to swim a bit, remove the male and put start feeding them the insofuria.
