No. Is excellent moment to see the moon with the naked eye or with a telescope. When you are using a telescope or binoculars the glare of the full moon can be harmful for your eyes, if look for a long time, that's why you need a lens filter.
I enjoy the eclipse of yesterday.

Lunar eclipse is perfectly safe to watch, as Moon has no light of it's own, only its reflection can be seen. Lunar eclipse happens, when the earth comes in between the "SUN" and the "MOON". This prevents light from the Sun falling on the Moon, thus creating a effect called LUNAR ECLIPSE.

A Lunar eclipse is perfectly safe to look at. I believe your safety concern arises from what you've heard about a Solar eclipse which IS dangerous to look at.
A lunar eclipse occurs when the moon is totally in the Earth's shadow blocking the suns light from reaching it. You can still see the moon because some light gets reflected off the Earth's atmosphere mostly light in the red part of the spectrum which is why the moon will have a reddish tint to it during the eclipse.
I hope this helps you.

the mild from a lunar eclipse is mild that has come from the sunlight, filtered via the earth's ecosystem so this is pink (like a sundown), and pondered off the moon. that is way less risky than searching at an entire moon.

in Coimbatore, about 25 years back, to promote YOGA, one Nadaimannan
Mr.Parthasarathy who I know well, sat on the Uppilipalayam bridge through
the day during the eclipse performing an asana and nothing happened to
his eyes. Other implications, I am unaware of.

No; there is not a great deal of solar radiation reflected from the earth's surface, and even less of it makes it all the way BACK from the surface of the moon. Go outside and watch it, and enjoy the spectacle :-)
