This one is bugging me and I have tried the reverse dictionary online and still can't work it out. Any ideas you may have would be helpful. Thanks. :-)

The word you are looking for is either gynecocracy, or gynarchy, I believe. The dictionary defines the word gynecocracy as "the political ascendancy of women." It defines a gynarchy as "government by women."

well, i've always heard people use the word "hen-pecked". When a man's wife bosses him around and he does everything to please that woman then people say that he is "hen-pecked".
