After what I've done to people, and the misfortune that followed me after that. I really really believe.

Well ,if we understand karma as the result of our actions , it does, and the name is the less important,if you do wrong that s what you will get sooner or later and just the same in the contrary. Sometimes people talk of different kind of karma, there is personal one, city own, even nation or planet so it all depends how you wanna understand it, but i really believe in it.

It doesn't mean you absolutely have to be careful. I personally don't completely believe it. I only believe that people "made" karma to make society think twice about what they do. It's all about the power of words and how you react to them. Believe what you want to believe. I consider karma to be a good influence on society. I believe it somewhat follows the code of Hammurabi. "And eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth." The only difference between Karma and the code of hammurabi is, karma isn't a law we follow, it's just something that has a chance of occuring.

Here is how I view karma. If you are a jackass to the world and everyone hates you, then chances are few people will be eager to do favors for you and bad things can happen to you just because nobody will be there to help you out. If you are a sweet person and generally friendly, more people will be willing to help you in return and do favors for you. I do not think that doing one bad deed means something bad will cycle around and come back at you, I just think you will get what you dish out in the long run. Of course sometimes it doesn't work that way though.

Every action of ours has a consequence. We inevitably put something in motion with every word and deed and then have very little idea of the resulting ripple effect on others. Karma means that we have to experience that ripple effect for ourselves, somehow, somewhere so we learn the impact of our life on others and the world. Every word we speak, every action we take, every movement we make has a resultant effect. We need to know this through feeling the ultimate effect and then live consciously, mindful of it.

I absolutely believe in karma! I am not careful with my actions because of it, however, I am careful of my actions because I really do care about not hurting others, and their feelings. I care very much about helping others if I am able. I also take care of me.

If you use your freedom to choose to hurt others, that is what you will attract into your own life...

Instead of associating with people that help each other, you will associate with others who in turn do not care about you.

It doesn't matter what you call it,and it isn't a rule so much as it is a natural result of your actions.

So yes - I try to be happy, helpful, and kind - what other kind of world would I want to live in?-)

I tend to believe in Karma .. BUT i don't believe it is possible to score Karma points as in IF you perform a good deed JUST to get good karma then you won't get it ....

It is if the action is performed for the good of the person you are performing it for... then you are rewarded with good karma

If, as in Newton's third law of motion, there is an "opposite but equal reaction" to every word, thought, and deed that a person does, says, or thinks during his/her lifetime, then YES! I believe in karma.

Yes, you should always be courteous and polite when the occasion presents itself. Whatever you are capable of doing and you choose a darker path it would mean that a dark path would soon be visited on you. I am sure there are people in bad places that can testify to that. Yes, the choices are always yours.

Well, even if one doesn't believe in Karma, one has his own conscience that he can never run away from. In short, be careful and responsible in everthing you do.
