How do i change temp directory?

How do i change temp internet directory becuse i have more space on drive D: that C: how would i chang that

Hey Temp directory is a system directory it maintains a temporary application processes and it's operations.You do one thing periodically delete files inside the temp directory by every week that's enough.The directory is present in "C:\Document and Settings\your user name\Local settings\Temp"
Goto folder options click on view tab and select show hidden files and click ok because the local settings folder will be hidden by system that's it....

start \ execute and type regedit.exe...
Navigate for the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER \
Environment \ and locate the values TMP(REG_EXPAND_SZ) and TEMP(REG_EXPAND_SZ), modify to taste...
